Has good long term prospects, but the asset keeps growing but it keeps draining cash. Hopefully the capital raise and convertible notes take some pressure off. It probably should trade around 1.5 - 2x book value. Probably 100M market cap or $1.20 per share long term value. But cashflow and liquidity are an issue. Shares on issue could grow to 120M in 3 years so if it does not get profitable soon - then current prices are full value.
