Morningstar has a $15 Valuation, they would have a fair idea what its worth. To be worth $38.50 , 157% more than Morningstars $15 valuation makes a mockery of the system. It's being gamed. The buy/sell spread is so thin it can move the price 5 to 10% on a few thousand shares.
