    madagascar does have some low cost stuff onshore with decent resource potential.... i believe a drill would cost 20mill bucks all up and the potential resources are about 90mill barrels... so getting a project directly like that from the beginning or giving equity to a private holder, then looking to farmout 80% for complete freecarry would be the go...
