I find myself on this forum thanks to the takeover offer for JKA. I have read through a number of posts and it appears that neither side is too happy with this outcome.

TPT holders are unhappy due to the large premium offered. JKA holders are not happy as they selected a company to invest in based on assets with a high chance of success with a high but limited upside, the offer dilutes them out of these assets. This dilution has now been (or is offered to be) replaced with a share in a low chance of success asset that has almost unlimited upside.

Anyway it appears now we might be set to share a common fate.

I was wondering if anyone had any insight into the Moroccan approval? I see from reports it has been delayed by the resignation of the Energy Minister. One of the secondary parties forming the coalition of government has split from the primary party. The latest I have read is the leader of the coalition has attempted to recall the five or so ministers that have quit, this news is rather old now so not sure of the progress.

Secondly, what is the best way to follow the current drills in Morocco? I have never invested in a company listed in the UK, it appears that they do not have the normal weekly drill updates that most explorers on the ASX follow? Are you all just checking for updates from Cairn, San Leon etc for the FD-1 well?
