I don't think they will need to raise cash before a farmout.
They are adequately funded for the time being.

# EV Under $10m ( at 0.30)...Looks very cheap.

A non relevant rambling...A new kid on the shale block ( Armour energy AJQ) will be listed on April 26th.
MC 75m ( 150m share @ 0.50) ...50% owned by DGR...No public offer(however priority offer to DGR holders,which is now EX entitlement)
A proxy to Armour energy is via DGR,which is severely discounted to the sum of its parts.
Sorry if this sounds like a promotion...Just sharing some information.
