Gizard,
This story and thread has been bashed about before. If people really think they will spend 12 billion just to bring the price down, people who beleive this have rocks in their head. That would be comparitive to saying that BHP, RIO, VALE etc will keep spending $$$ to dig up whatever commodities to sell it cheaper because that would make good business sense. NOT.
