    Hop,put simply GBZ are now worth 60% more than QMN and only have two good leases.How many quality leases do QMN have and look where our SP stands :( I am waiting for the market to wake up to this but Howard isn't helping the cause at all.If he can't explain in plain English what QMN has ,what chance do we have.
