There is indeed a difference. And it is more valid than "suggestions" that there is "unaccountability" which matters more than a hill of beans going on.
It's called having a strategy of actually trying to fix a problem, and, being in government, courtesy of a voter endorsement of seismic proportions,being entitled to pursue that strategy for longer than a millisecond in the history of our nation
