Given the damning and compelling evidence on Scomo laid down by the Bell inquiry, ADR and an out of court settlement isn’t a far fetch imo. Yes it would most likely drag on if it goes to court, I think that’s also a given however more revelations would likely come to light which may or may not be favourable for the shareholders. Either or, excited for the coming months after we commence trading once again.
