It's not designed for ordinary people to complain and have the comment taken down. This is political. Call Slomo a liar and get hit with a defamation case by a taxpayer funded lawyer. It's nothing to do with ordinary troll comments but all about shutting down online criticism of this government. Criticism of this government in a public forum can be called defamation under their proposal. They will force you to take down any comments or face a court case. They dont care what the cost to taxpayers is or if the lose the case. It is not their money they are using. If however they might win because you could not prove they lied or that the lie was in words "a change of direction" then guess what???....................YOU PAY.
