The libs have contributed more than their fair share to spread the corona around. The NSW Libs will wear the responsibility but will be interesting to see where the pressure was that encouraged them to let the infected and everyone else off the ship and into the community (can't remember who is the Hillsong fan). There was probably some misunderstanding that the federal govt was stepping up its activity with regards to boarder control and this led to the small over sight-which has caused a few infections (500+) and several deaths at this point. And really aside from the Diamond Princess and a few other cases they could not really predict what was going to happen when the cruise came in.
