The desision to "Levy" the banks 6.5 Billion is totally Stupid and illogical ! They WILL PASS IT ON ! to customers and borrowers ! Its actually a HUGE tax on a private Business! and a huge impost on bank customers . Who in the name of reason dreamt up this crazy scheme? This is the end imo of the Stupid Turnbull Govt !
