Carbon Revolution is the very definition of "modern manufacturing" and I doubt the Labor government would take issue with that fact. But I expect there will be a process, some hoops to be jumped through and some nervous investors. Especially, if its not your money that is invested, eg member money. The only thing that will convince the nervous investors will be the eventual formalisation of programs. And I wish the manufacturers in question would get a wriggle on!
