It was Andrews incompetence in Victoria well at least he was supposed to be in charge but they told us no one was making the decisions ,talk about a load of BS,we are still waiting for Work Cover to take action on the work place industrial accident that Andrews is trying to kick down the road until next year when he cannot be prosecuted because of the statute of limitations. Gladys's is right in line and is responsible for this escape they took it too lightly and did not lock down early enough and rightly is wearing the heat , you must have a very short memory if you can't remember the incompetent decisions hiring private untrained staff and the lack of control they had that was behind the Victorian debacle,we were getting 700 cases a day and the numbers tell the story and so far NSW is no where near where Victoria was.
