What's Scomo.....about 50? I'd reckon, that if you like your food, and are sitting at about half a century plus in age, you really need to do about 90 minutes a day exercise. As an aside, the calories in a stubby/can/schooner of beer, is about 150.......even those low carb beers are about a 100, and food is just as bad. If every Australian got down to the weight they should be, it would affect the Earth's orbit.
p.s. before anyone picks me up on my last sentence......I was kiddin'.
