    adequate protections are in place for workers (who also should be paid according to risk factors, intelligence required and value produced)
    How do we reward fairly for value produced? Our system dictates that all workers should receive equal pay for doing the same job regardless of their output. Don't get me wrong, greedy employers created this system just as much as the unions have. Work choices worked when applied correctly. Howard stuffed that up because LNP had control of the senate and ditched the no disadvantage tests for expediency.

    Possibly going off on a tangent now though

    I would like to also discuss the interpretations of democracy and freedom. It would seem to me that democracy actually takes away individual freedoms?
