Nope the Premier has nowhere to put them and is not fining them. Not his responsibility anyway. Morrison is the racist incompetent who failed to set up the quarantine facilities that he is responsible for. Morrison is the one who wants to fine Australian's returning to Australia, nobody else is just Morrison and his cabinet. A flight ban is OK but fining any Australian's who manage to get home is unheard of and is utterly unacceptable. Where are the quarantine facilities that you have had a year to put in place Morrison ? C'mon you Coalition defenders answer that. And why only fine Aussies returning from India and not other countries where Covid is prevalent ? I think we all know the answer to that.
