By 30 May 2023, Shine, in its capacity as intervener in the proceedings, file and serve any further written submissions in respect of its application to be paid an amount on account of interest incurred on the terms of Shine’s disbursement funding facility. 15. By 9 June 2023, the Contradictors file and serve any written submissions in respect of Shine’s application to be paid an amount on account of interest incurred on the terms of the disbursement funding facility.
It looks like the court might deal with the interest issue right before 30 June. If the decision is not favourable, then we can expect an announcement. Given the huge amount of money, will we see a TH the night before?
