I have exited for now, more from a risk management perspective than anything else. I don't see this fincnancially crippling Shine, but can easily see the market having a negative reaction to the outcome. For me, best case scenario is:
(a) Court assesses all fees in both the Ethicon and Boston Scientific matters as reasonable (b) per @dlight I think possibly a substiute amount of interest is claculated, leaving SHJ to eat the excess. Maybe interest rate per Federal Court Pre-Judgement interest schedule https://www.fedcourt.gov.au/forms-and-fees/interest-rates (c) Shine ends up winning Administration tenders but at a substantially reduced fee level from what they originally proposed
Negative outcomes on (a) and/or (b) could see a fairly substantial miss against forecast (and maybe a loss for the year), (c) could see them issue basically a low growth forecast for FY 2024.
