    Hello Dave, interesting but not much to do with effects of cancelling gearing tax deductions in Australia.

    I went hunting to prove a point and found your 2nd favourite leftie rag provided an article to do it. My pint earlier was that gearing was spread right across the wealth sector and the chart below from ABS stats compiled by the guardian proves it. Sure the wealthy are the main beneficiaries, however dismissing it will adversely effect lots of other tax payers in Australia. Sure the leftie guardian rag claim how much it benefits the rich but its not just the rich that do it and benefit from it.
