Rather than Turnbull cowering to the left at every opportunity, as Is often stated, my view of his leadership is the complete opposite; that he changed completely from when he was last In charge of the LNP, and lost hIs leadershIp defending what he belIeved in. i saw hIm as often trying to appease the right wing element of the party. DespIte thIs however, I have heard a lot of noise (in the medIa) that "he abandoned the base". Without trying to insite an ideological war, could someone with right wing leanings please describe on which policies Turnbull showed that he was such a failure?
I have my own opinions, but I'm interested to hear from the conservatives.
cheers
