No its not racist to say its OK to to be white. It’s just plain stupid to feel the need to say it.
its OK to be white , black, brown or any colour in the spectrum. Colour does not distinguish ones character
but actions do.
As I have posted a good psychologist can help those that feel they need Parliament to
pass a motion saying such a thing
