Not only do they have the internet and mobile phones - they can leave any time they like! They just have to say I want to go back to where I came from.
The poor guy that was killed in the riot well his family back in Iran said he left the "land of his dreams" to come to Australia. So he wasn't persecuted, he was chasing the rainbow - free housing, welfare, accommodation that Labor offered.
