Well, for quite a number of years, I worked in hospitals, in an administrative capacity, but never saw any of the horrible hospitals that you claim exist in Australia.
But I do remember being visited and examined, without prior notice, on more than one occasion, after which, a report was forwarded to the Chief Executive of the hospital, or in my case, the Chief Executiveo f the hospital group.
