You buy an expensive ev and you have solar on your roof and you're complaining about the cost of the charger ?????? Next thing you'll be complaining about the cost of the garage you've parked it in.

Btw. If you had a higher capacity charger you could charge it/top it up more quickly off your excess solar generation during the day. No more " orchestrating the charging " issues.

Best you stop demonstrating how little you know about evs before you embarrass yourself any further.

Well my friend all the experts told me I needed 3 phase high amp to make a substantial difference to the 20+ houirs needed and I, unlike you, work during the day so this charging in the sun fantasy will remain just that
