    I don't think it's Twitter's responsibility to take the post down. The reason the Australian government is so incensed is that there's a kernel of truth in the post: Australian soldiers probably have committed atrocities in Afghanistan. It's the Chinese government that should remove the post if they want to have a civil relationship with Australia. In a situation where Australia is dealing transparently with the allegations of atrocities, it's not China's place to weaponise unauthorised actions by Australian troops that stand condemned by the Australian government. Particularly given China's glass house with regard to Tibet, the Urghurs and organ harvesting.
