You can't possibly be serious and suggest that this GISERA report is accurate and unbiased? Look who makes up GISERA and where the money comes from - this is a hack-job shamelessly using the CSIRO badge to add an air of legitimacy. Science-washing at its utmost filthiest.
No matter what side of the debate you are on (and there are valid points on both) GISERA is nothing but vested interest subordinating actual independent science.
I hate to be cynical, but as always, follow the money trail.......!
