The NSW outbreak is due to one person doing the wrong thing and the out break in Victoria is due to a few blokes in as it now turns out 2 removal vans doing the wrong thing and refusing to cooperate,take the dip stick that came back to Melbourne from Sydney and was supposed to stay at home quarantine but decided to visit his parents 89 and 90 and now they both have covid,politicians can do so much but these out breaks are due to the actions of individuals who don't care how much damage they do.
