Don't let socialism advance': Javier Milei sounds clarion call for freedom at CPAC

Argentine President Javier Milei has urged American conservatives to combat the advancement of socialism and its "murderous agenda" during an impassioned speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference on Saturday.
Addressing conservative activists, Milei warned against embracing ideas like the "abortion agenda" and ecologism, labelling them as the new trenches for post-Marxists.
"Post-Marxism, defeated on the economic front, transferred its class struggle to other aspects of life such as ecologism – arguing (about) a fight against nature that is waged by human beings," he said.
"And to correct this problem, neo-Marxists don’t come up with another idea than to exterminate humans."
Reflecting on Argentina's economic decline due to adopting what he called "stupid ideas," Milei urged Americans not to follow the same path.
"I come from a country that bought all these stupid ideas and from being one of the richest countries in the world and now it ranks 140," he said.
"So don’t surrender your freedom, fight for your freedom, because if you don’t fight for it, they will drag you into misery."
