These poor first-home buyers.

I read last week in the Herald Sun... New mortgage borrowers under severe stress.

Are they serious? Lowest interest rates in 25 years and they're stressed!

What happens when we get back to sustainable interest rates? Looks like the first home buyers grant has failed then. The 24 grand was already factored into the house price and the government reclaimed most of the money back in stamp duty anyway.

I reckon they've only succeded in lining the pockets of the building industry, the banks and government pockets.
