Yeah I know lowest interest and they are stressed; a acquaintance of mine has a inner city sydney art gallery and he loses a life everytime rates go up -WHY DO THEY STRESS----

Because unlike me when I bought my first house I had a mortgage and a small credit facilty-

NOW they have a mortgage ,a open line and various cards credit and store maxed out to the max-----

they deserve all they get and so do the banks!!
