Mortgage Choice (MOC) Time to Accumulate, page-31

It was a combination of a poor broker (there are friggin plenty!) and the headoffice not stepping up to sort settlement in time. They had 6 weeks... took them 9 and to no fault of my own I was forced to pay $5k due to a late settlement because my bank/broker could not be efficient. Now went through the broker at the bank and instead of 6 weeks for a pre approval it took 2 days. I will never use a broker or recommend one ever again. Esp not Mortgage Choice.
