I have been a member of HC for some time now following battery material stocks which I have. However I have recently become interested in Mortgage investment trusts which now seem to be returning about 71/2%-91/2%. per annum. (Better that having dead cash in the bank!!!!) And have recently put some cash into one at 8% Are there any others here who have experience in mortgage trusts ??? One of the problems can be as I see it; is that you are locked into the period of the loan which can be up 1-3 years
