I rather like the 81/2%-91//2% monthly payments of BP and Metrics.
This I believe is the advantage of Balmain and Metrics.
And they both are guided by an ASIC authorised PDS which gives some protection
for the investor.

QRI pay out all their earnings to maintain the inital NTA of $1.60 which they have done since inception.
QRI have had zero defaults & currently have no arears greater than 90 days.
For me QRI is just Balmain without having to worry about reinvesting.
