Oh boy!!!! BP have just issued two mortgage trusts: One for $8M @ 9.35% and LVR of 58% for term of 18monhts. It lasted for just over 2mins!!! With some investments of as much as $300,000 The second one was for: $10M @ 9.1% and LVR of 65% for term of 24M This one lasted for 7mins!!!!! They came on at 1.10 pm consecutively. A third one was issued just after the second one closed. For $12M @ 6.9% and is still open as of now (1.41pm) with $9.8M still to go!!! I guess it demonstrates how popular with the "People in the Know" these investments are. I was able to get into both of them by being agile, although I did not have any cash in my cash trust to invest unfortunately.
