Hi Tarvold, I read the PDS for Funding group over the weekend. They would seem to have a similar business model to Balmain. Except that they provide for loans down at $20K or less. Which I guess caters for the single individual loan for personal expenses, and therefore attracts many more loan investments than BP. which specialises in the much greater multi million dollar Property/Developement backed loans. I am currently earning a weighted av. of 9.3% on 5 trusts to mid 20025 What are you making with Funding Group?? I may give them a go shortly for a small investment.
