The thing that annoyed me with La Trobe with their 12 month term was that you had to complete a paper form to give notice to withdraw from it. Firstly the default should be to pay it into the 48 hour account & secondly it should all be online.
The other thing that was a bit suspect with La Trobe was the supporting information for each account re cash balances, overdue etc etc. It didn't seem to be consistent from month to month as if they were switching the mortgages between accounts. Rather than these mortgages are for the 48 hour account & these were for the 90 day etc.
