Commsec has pretty steep trading fees when you are investing large amounts, I don't like fees
There can also be daily limits on transfers
Sometimes my funds immediately to my trading account but sometimes there is a delay and the 0.25% interest rate difference is not worth it for me
Maybe AAA is not for you
