I do have one criticism of their policy:....... And that is that they permit early repayment of loans. This buggers up ones planning when you find that a substantial investment for a period of 10-14 months at a good interest rate is repaid 9 months before maturity, !!!!?????!! Which means in this reducing rate period that your next reinvestment will be at a lower interest rate.!! The over charge levied on the borrower does not compensate for this.
