IMHO, just the ones with no brains that have borrowed thru the limits will suffer....interest rates are still affordable.....I suppose there are a lot of folks with very little brain stimulation out there....look at credit cards and high interest - eg. GE.......
It's easy to catch dumb/uninformed ppl.....ppl need to do their homework and stop spending too much....
The banks have a bit to answer for as well.
Low Doc and No Doc loans what a load of Bullshit.
If you are self employed all you have to do is sign a stat dec stating how much you earn.
A recipe for disaster.
