"Just weeks after the grant was officially withdrawn, a survey of more than 26,000 borrowers conducted by Fujitsu Consulting revealed that 45 per cent of first-home owners who entered the market during the past 18 months are now experiencing "mortgage stress" or "severe mortgage stress".
So lets get down to the facts and not fabricate the results.
55% are not experiencing any stress whatsoever correct?
Then you have 45% left
of those, some (we dont know what percentage it could be 99.9% of the 45%) experineciong mortgage stress.
Well really, I would think if you ask the same questioons of anyone with a mortgage, around half will say they are experiencing mortgage stress, as its a stress in itself just to pay a mortgage, its not a hobby or a sport or a luxury, its stressful as its associated with money, and most , yes most people get stressed about money.
Sorry but these idiotic surveys are seriously flawed by the questions not only asked but the way in which results are percieved to be and how some interprect those results.
Anyway lets hope the RBA reds and leaves interest rates at 60 year lows.
That will be nice.
So keep up with the propaganda....its teriffic.
