mortgagee possessions skyrocket, page-5

I understand what you are trying to portray here Mike but the very reason I place money into a bank stock is because they NEVER lose. When you have a thread heading "mortgagee possessions skyrocket", maybe that might scare off the odd investor but not me.

When there is a mortgage possesion, the main ones that feel
the pain are the people losing their house or property.
Make no mistake about it. The banks will get their money via a mortgagee auction. No big deal there. That house will then be resold & another loan re-written for the next person. It continues. What about the amount of food shops that open up & close down within 3 years. That's gone on for years. I know because I've been in that game for years in the one place & scratch my head in amazement at how lose people are with their money.
So the cycle is just a continueing one. If you need your money short term, then as with any blue chip stock, be careful.

When tough times hit, the banks drop a little, provide another entry or top up point & away they go again.

It's a licence to print money if you have the patience.

Just my more postive thoughts on the matter.

    Cheers!
