Not wanting to be too hard on Mr. Nguyan who at least speaks English, but his strong Asian accent makes him very difficult to fully understand and as you say Greenleaf, for a prospective shareholder to listen to the broadcast might very likely switch off.
One must have a reasonable voice projection for radio otherwise ALL is lost.
