1. do u know how much these muppets pay in indemnity insurance?
2. independence? who pays these muppets? they dont write what mngt want, guess what? mngt swap them out for the next muppet
3. nothing but risk mitigation. they go bust, "we raised the issues but didnt qualify because mngt assertions at the time were validated by blah blah blah"
4. CYA - cover your a$$. thats what they do best. audit files used to be labelled as such
