Avenira have put the jdc presentation up on their website.

Looks good, basically just reconfirms that they have operated the kiln semi continuously and produced spa with out dusting issues.
I'd assume that jdc investors must be trying to negotiate a really good deal with a third party for this financing given how long it's taking and the size of the raise, otherwise they could have raised the money from within the group.
Still zero value in avenira's sp for a technology that could change the industry and is 90% commercially proven? Doesn't make sense.
