re: moses was a good bloke-whiskas Mitsoss, your name suggests that you might be Greek. It doesn't matter but if you spend a little time studying Homer, you'll find myths of genesis (theogenesis) that are far better, more imaginative, more eye-widenening! Athena, for example, in one myth, sprung out of the thigh of Zeus! There are a great many others. I suggest you look them up and find the similarities. They are certainly there. And it might be hard for you to imagine that you are the product of 100,000 years of evolution from a microbe but it's harder for me to imagine that Mr Adam needed a companion so Mr God, ripped out one of Adam's ribs and made a woman for him. First Adam is made out of clay and spit, then Eve is made out of a rib... Nope, try as I might, it's just too hard... He's an almighty, omniscient God, for goodness' sake, what's he doing playing witgh mud and spittle and bones? Nothing on TV that day?
