Let's not forget that there was the dark ages around the world where women were stoned to death.....people were tourtured....burnt at the steak....had boiling oil pored down there throats ....wipped etc...etc....
and they were Christians......all done in the name of Rome...
it took a lot of suffering just to believe that the earth was not the centre of the universe....people were killed because the said that the earth circled the Sun. Once again by Rome....
