    Well old cat, you are correct. There will be a offer.
    If the offer has not been modified to 5 for 1, I imagine "management " will reject it on behalf of the shareholders. If "management" don't reject it I am sure we the shareholders will.
    I just love the crap NOT that non shareholders post on the MEO threads.
