    If memory serves me correctly Neon sold their USA producing assets to pay the ENI bill. The details of these transactions are contained in Neon,s announcements etc. The two holes off Vietnam were a big roll of the dice that ultimately failed. Make no mistake if you can,t pay for the drill, a farmout will be just that. Unless there are spectacular results and money for all...........
