Used Moggie - Really ! , Market doesnt see that as reflected by your SP and the completely wet reception by the announcement, it sees it as having to raise debt / more equity and dilute to plough into a small uneconomical field requiring a fair bit of cash to keep it running.
AIM has finally cottoned on to your boys now it seems.... the free lunch / Joy ride / dating stage over there seems to be well and truly over... must all be a bit of a surprise to you ?
If it comes off and lots of ifs there, You enter the twilight zone of minnow producers , however on looking at the asset, to me it is going to be a cash negative cow due to large maintenance requirements. Just my view...
Just hope it comes, reading it there`s many negatives that could roadblock or stop the deal.
